How long you have to request a refund depends on which service you ordered:
The money-back guarantee applies only to a customer's first order of a given service, within the window listed above for that service. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and repeat purchases after a previous refund are not covered.
The following are non-refundable at any time: domain name registrations, setup or configuration fees, custom/dedicated hardware, and any service that has already been substantially used (e.g. heavy bandwidth or resource usage inconsistent with normal evaluation).
Refunds will not be issued for services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
Open a support ticket from your client area within the eligible window, including your order ID and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — we're happy to resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
